Ralph Marcus Maupin, Jr. (nickname 'Mark')

Mark Maupin first became involved with real estate in 1981 when his wife gave him a choice of ballroom dance or real estate classes. He chose real estate, and began buying properties as rental investments on a part time basis. By 1984, he had turned to real estate as his full time occupation. In addition to getting his real estate license and working in sales, he also continued to acquire rental properties and purchased distressed property to renovate and sell.

In the time that Mark has been working with real estate, he has purchased in excess of 3,500 single family homes and many multi family properties. He is a member MLS and Founder of National Real Estate Network, LLC one of largest investing clubs in Detroit Metri Area.  He teachs real investing classes at Wayne Community College and he runs a year-long mentoring program with over 50 particpants in it.  In addition, Mark has authored three books on real estate investing.

Mark has a strong foundation in real estate, covering a wide range of topics from marketing and finance to construction and remodeling. Mark is able to view real estate from a unique prespective that allows him to identify and grasp the potential in real estate and develope new and creative ways to maximize it's potential.  Real Estate is Marks's passion and he is always learning and developing his knowledge in this area.
